FDI Technologies can handle the processing of your loss and damage claims. We will do the research, acquire the documentation necessary for the completion of the claim, file the claim with the carrier, and pursue payment until completion.

FDI Technologies can conduct a post audit of your paid freight invoices. Althought much harder to collect than merely cutting the invoices back before payment, many companies continue to recover significant overcharges in this manner. Traditionally, post audits are conducted on a percentage of the recovered amount fee basis making it a totally cost free exercise.

Small package carriers (UPS, DHL, FEX for example) offer various levels of service for increased pricing. When they do not meet, the service levels charged for the shipper is entitled to a 100% refund of its freight charges. Statistically, between 3 and 5 percent of all shipments fail to be delivered timely. By monitoring the delivery times for every shipment, FDI Technologies can recover your charges for those service failures. Our fee for this service is a percentage of the recovered amount. The service costs you nothing; and represents the recovery of otherwise lost dollars.
